The NHS Employment Advice Service undertakes to provide clients with an easily accessible and comprehensive information, advice and guidance service, which focuses on education, training and employment. The service is open to anyone wishing to use it and will proactively target groups of people who have the greatest need.

No one should come away from the service either without the information, advice and guidance that they need or being referred to other organisations or individuals who can give them the information, advice and guidance they need.
